New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside, a 400+ acre mixed-use development, is located halfway between Austin and San Antonio in historic New Braunfels, Texas, home to Schlitterbaun Water Park-which attracts a record two million visitors per year with expenditures over $200M. The 1,026,000 square foot center combines specialty retail, hospitality and family entertainment with the convenience of a proposed 79 acre full-service hospital adjacent to the development.
