NewQuest Properties Announces New Commercial Leasing and Brokerage Team Members

Ori Batagower recently joined NewQuest Properties and
will be working closely with commercial real estate brokers Jeff Hayes and Matt
Reed. His responsibilities include increasing all aspects of the NewQuest
presence in the Houston Inner Loop. Ori comes to NewQuest from a 16 year career
in residential and light commercial construction, which he began immediately
after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin.

Jeremy Johnson has joined NewQuest Properties as a
Commercial Leasing Associate. He recently completed his MBA at University of
Texas at Austin. Jeremy comes to NewQuest with 6 years of commercial leasing
experience developing and managing restaurants.

Glenn Dickerson recently joined NewQuest Properties as
part of the commercial leasing team. Glenn graduated from The University of
Houston, and has worked in both residential and commercial real estate, most
recently for AmReit in project leasing with 600,000 square feet in his
portfolio.
