Brett Strake

Brett Strake is a native Houstonian and NewQuest Senior Vice President who specializes in Tenant Representation and in working closely with both regional and national retailers across the greater Houston area. Brett has advised and represented restaurant groups and retailers in purchase and sale agreements, NNN leases, and ground leases.

Strake’s areas of expertise include providing clients with detailed market analysis, REC packages, and master brokerage services. He has been in charge of several market roll-out strategies throughout the state of Texas and beyond.

A graduate of Texas A&M with a BBA in Finance, Strake is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas. He enjoys playing golf, attending Texas A&M sporting events, Astros baseball, and hunting in south Texas. Strake is a member of these charitable experiences and organizations: Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Texas A&M Association of Former Students, and Champions Golf Club.
