New Kroger Marketplace Store Now Open in Bartonville, Texas

BARTONVILLE, TEXAS (May 22, 2015): NewQuest is pleased to announce the Bartonville Kroger Marketplace opened its doors today at NewQuest’s Lantana Town Center development. Located at FM 407 and Jeter Road, the new addition is a 120,000-square-foot Marketplace store that offers customers a food-centric shopping experience. The store will also have home goods, kitchenware, small appliances, toys, Starbucks Coffee®, a Kroger Fuel Center and Kroger Pharmacy, and adult and children’s apparel and shoes.

Well-known for its affluent households, Lantana Town Center is the retail component of Republic Property Group’s award-winning Lantana master-planned 1,780-acre golf course community in southwestern Denton County. The opening of the Lantana Marketplace store will create 300 new retail jobs.

“NewQuest is honored to have Kroger in this new development.” says Jay Sears, partner for NewQuest Properties. “NewQuest has worked with Kroger for many years and we look forward to assisting them in their continued expansion plans.”
