Commissioned Sales Agent

Come be part of the growing Asia Pacific Division at NewQuest Properties, focused on Asian Centric Developments! This role will assist with a broad set of Clients’ needs to find locations in the Texas market. Sales Agent will be expected to uncover on and off market opportunities for clients and provide a full spectrum of transactions including leases, subleases, lease renewals, lease expansions, acquisitions and dispositions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred majors: Business Management, Finance, Real Estate or related field)
  • Real estate salesperson license
  • 2 to 5 years relevant commercial real estate or shopping center experience
  • Established business contacts and/or knowledge of local market preferred
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of retail leasing industry and landlord representation, leases and sales contracts
  • Intermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Office software, email and internet research functionality
