NewQuest Properties Announces Commercial Leases in Houston, Katy #amp; El Paso TX

NewQuest Properties, a leading commercial real estate company based in Houston, is pleased to announce new commercial leases in Houston, Katy and El Paso, Texas. Among the recent tenant representation transactions are multiple leases for Ulta Cosmetics, Sears at Royal Oaks Village, and the lease of more than 50,000 SF in El Paso for Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Lane and NewQuest broker Matt Reed represented the tenants in each of the recent transactions, which included 9,440 SF at Cypresswood Court, located at the southwest corner of I-45 and Cypresswood Drive in Houston to Ulta Cosmetics. Vanessa Barfuss of Transwestern represented the landlord.
Ulta Cosmetics also leased 9,457 SF at The Center at River Oaks, located at Kirby and W. Alabama in Houston, and 9,457 SF at Bella Terra located at the Grand Parkway and FM 1093 in Katy, Texas. R. Shaw MacIntyre of Moody Rambin Page represented the landlord in the Katy deal and Michael Ainbinder of The Ainbinder Company represented the landlord in the Houston River Oaks lease.
Also in Houston, Sears leased 26,024 SF at Royal Oaks Village, located at Westheimer and Royal Oaks Club Drive. Jonathan Probst of Retail Connection represented the landlord.
In addition, Lane and Reed represented Dick’s Sporting Goods in leasing 50,018 SF in The Fountains at I-10 and Hawkins in El Paso, Texas. West Miller of Centergy Retail represented the landlord in this commercial lease.
