Party City has leased 8,563 sf of retail space in Baytown Plaza II, 8612 Garth Rd., Baytown, from AREP Baytown Plaza II Partners LP. Nick Ramsey and Kevin Sims of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Traci Holman of Baker Katz represented the tenant.

Pet Supplies Plus has leased 6,031 sf of retail space in Chambers Town Center, located at the intersection of Interstate 10 and TX 146, Baytown, from NewQuest Properties. Austen Baldridge and Bob Conwell of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Lunden McGill of Baker Katz represented the tenant.

Ori’Zaba’s Scratch Mexican Grill has leased 1,892 sf of retail space in Spring Town Center, located at the intersection of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl Rd., Spring, from NewQuest Properties. Armour 6021-5 LLC has acquired a 17,007-sf warehouse on 0.49 acres at 6021 Armour Dr., Houston, from CC West Investments Inc. David Luther and Rick Ragan of NewQuest Properties represented the seller in the direct deal.

Armour 6021-5 LLC has acquired a 26,250-sf warehouse on 0.7 acres at 6025 Armour Dr., Houston, from Joanna Hunt. David Luther and Rick Ragan of NewQuest Properties represented the seller in the direct deal.
