SOUTH TEXAS LEASES:
Halloween City has leased 40,000 SF of retail space in West Oaks Village, Westheimer Road, Houston, from BJ Investment Ltd. John Nguyen of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord in the direct deal.
Tran & Thomas P.A. has renewed 4,487 SF of office space at 1919 North Loop W., Houston, from Weingarten Realty. Tasi Roth of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant. Dani Allison of Transwestern represented the landlord.
