The Reserve at Brazos Town Center site of GHBA Benefit home

The Reserve at Brazos Town Center is not only the site for one of two homes being built for the Greater Houston Builders Association’s Benefit Homes Project, it is the area hub for residents of this growing Rosenberg community. NewQuest Properties, developer of the community, has donated a homesite for the construction of Chesmar Homes’ spacious Apollo Plan. The majority of the proceeds from the sale of the home will benefit Texas Children’s Cancer Center, the Alzheimer’s Association and HomeAid Houston. The Reserve at Brazos Town Center is near more than 50 retail stores as well as restaurants and entertainment venues. There are plans to add more throughout the year.
