Valley Ranch, a mixed-use development encompassing nearly 240 acres, sits at the northwest corner of Highway 59 and the new Segment G of the Grand Parkway (opened March 2016). Featuring nearly 1.5 million square feet of retail and entertainment at completion, Valley Ranch is the preeminent retail hub of far northeast Houston and the surrounding communities.

The Grand Parkway (State Highway 99) is a 180-mile circumferential scenic highway connecting the seven counties that make up the Greater Houston area. Segment G of the highway connects Interstate 45 and Highway 59, and opened to the public in late March 2016. This latest segment vastly improves the transportation options for the communities in the north/northeast trade area, and provides substantially increased interconnectivity between the trade area and the rest of the Greater Houston region.
