Alyx has a background in tenant representation within the restaurant and entertainment industry, having most recently worked at SHOP Companies.

During her time at SHOP, Alyx managed tenant accounts for notable brands such as Five Guys Corporate, 4Ever Young, Skiptown, The Front Burner Brands (including Mexican Sugar, Sixty Vines, and Whiskey Cake), EVO Entertainment, Hawkers, The Halal Guys, Body20, JuiceLand, Amazing Explorers Academy, and many others.

Before her role at SHOP Houston, Alyx gained experience in architectural and commercial graphics while working at Foxmark Corp. Notably, she launched her own division, Flexmark USA, which became the exclusive 3M Authorized Wholesaler in the Texas market. Her background in architectural and commercial graphics exposed her to various aspects of the retail commercial real estate industry, and her sales expertise seamlessly translates to her real estate career.

Alyx is also an active member of various charitable organizations, serving as the co-founding chair of Young Houstonians of Houston Children’s Charity (YHHCC) and being involved with Houston Children’s Charity and The Periwinkle Foundation.
