Danny Quinlan brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience to NewQuest Properties, where he serves as a Vice President of the brokerage division.

Danny specializes in land acquisition and disposition for retail, single family, multifamily, industrial and investment tracts. Danny has advised and represented clients such as Wal-Mart, for whom he successfully leased more than 10 million square feet of industrial space. His extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the market and the industry aids in creating a solid foundation for his clients’ success.

Danny is a Co-Founder of the Navy SEAL Danny Dietz Memorial Classic and a Co-Founder and Founding Board Member of the Navy SEAL Danny Dietz Foundation.

In Danny’s limited time off, he is an active member and volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo with the Quarter Horse Committee, an avid team roper, and enjoys hunting, fishing and time with his daughters, family, and friends.
