Keaton Lippman serves as the Development Analyst for the NewQuest Residential team, specializing in multifamily development and acquisition. Over the last three years, Keaton has played an integral role in advancing the commercial and multifamily divisions at NewQuest by actively contributing to the enhancement of existing assets and the identification of prospective opportunities. Today, Keaton focuses on site selection for potential developments, financial modeling, and investor presentations.

Keaton holds a degree in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from the University of Mississippi and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
