Nina Kuhn-Irwin

Nina Irwin brings over seven years of experience in retail landlord representation and lease negotiations to NewQuest, most recently at Levcor. Her earlier roles at Gables Residential and Hillstone Restaurant Group gave her more than a decade of multifamily and hospitality experience, adding depth to her understanding of real estate and client service.

She earned her BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  Outside of work, Nina enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
