Danny Quinlan

Danny Quinlan brings over 18 years of commercial real estate expertise to NewQuest, where he serves as Vice President in the brokerage division.

He specializes in land acquisition and disposition across a range of asset classes, including retail, single-family, multifamily, industrial, and investment tracts. Danny has advised and represented major clients such as Wal-Mart, successfully leasing more than 10 million square feet of industrial space. His deep market insight and industry knowledge provide a strong foundation for his clients’ success.

Danny is a Co-Founder of the Navy SEAL Danny Dietz Memorial Classic and a Founding Board Member of the Navy SEAL Danny Dietz Foundation.

Outside of work, Danny is an active volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Quarter Horse Committee. He’s also an avid team roper who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his daughters, family, and friends.
