Neal Thomson joined NewQuest in 2013 and has been active in the real estate industry since 2009. He specializes in land acquisition for both buyers and sellers, tenant representation, and third-party project leasing.
Throughout his time at NewQuest, Neal has advised clients on site selection, market analysis, and contract negotiations across a wide range of projects. Born and raised in Houston, he brings deep local knowledge and insight to every transaction.
Neal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Houston.
