Randy Nerren is Executive Vice President in NewQuest’s land brokerage and office development group. A veteran of Houston’s office brokerage market, Randy brings over 35 years of experience, including his most recent role as Senior Vice President in NAI Partners’ office leasing group. He spent the majority of his career at MetroNational, a privately held real estate investment, development, and management firm headquartered in Houston.

Widely regarded as one of the region’s leading experts in commercial office real estate, Randy specializes in the sale and leasing of income-producing office, medical, retail, and mixed-use properties. He has represented some of Houston’s most prominent portfolios, including Memorial City during its major growth phase. His notable corporate relocation transactions—such as Memorial Hermann, Air Liquide, Nexen, and Murphy Oil—have contributed to more than two million square feet of high-rise office development in Memorial City.
