Rick brings over four years of commercial real estate experience in the multi-family and net lease sectors to the Investment Sales division. Prior to starting at NewQuest, he was an associate at Marcus & Millichap for three years and most recently an investment analyst at Stan Johnson Company. He has established many relationships with investors across the Southeast and Gulf Coast. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance. One attribute that really sticks out about Rick is his empathy for his clients. He is always finding ways to increase their return on investment or help re-strategize their investment portfolio. When Rick is not in the office, he enjoys fishing, hunting, going to concerts and spending time with his family.
